Kiosk Magazine
Kingston University

Problem:
Clean up the first and previous issue by making the
magazine more clear and simple to navigate through.

Solution:
A gallery style grid was created to allow the
contributors artwork to sit comfortably inside the
magazine. The artwork dictated the look and feel
of each spread; they were not forced into a set
design. The Kiosk brand was strengthen by using
complimentary typefaces inside, preventing the
mark becoming diluted. The cover showcases
everything the magazine has to offer just as a kiosk
does, whilst working as a visual content. A subtle
embossing was used on the inside to bring a physical
aspect and to suggest that the thumbnails have been
stuck on.
